Fred is originally a Houston Tx based tattoo artist, born in Mexico, and came to the US at 11 years old. Fred has been tattooing since 2015 and came to join the crew at Lucky Soul in 2022.

Fred is capable of handling any style of tattoo to perfection, however he is particularly versed in fineline, black & gray, and bold American traditional.

Fred is soft spoken and kind, and he strives to make each client feel comfortable in his chair as well as stoked about their tattoo. He's got that Southern respect as well as charm, and spending time with Fred is fun and enjoyable. Each client, as well as their tattoo idea, is respected and appreciated - from the tiny pieces all the way up to a full sleeve.
